The problem being that there are different admission criteria and no standard admission process applicable to all the universities. Here are some issues which can make the choice of the university very difficult:

• not all types of secondary school diplomas are accepted for enrolment to medicine. Furthermore, there are differences from one country to another

• some universities set minimum grades requirements which are different from one country to another

• for some universities it is compulsory to have certain subjects on the high school diploma, whereas for others, it isn’t

• for some universities it is compulsory to have some pre-med exams or courses, whereas for others, it isn’t

 2. Application service

With this service we will apply on your behalf. You just send us the legalized copies of your documents and we take care of everything else until your enrollment.

What is included in this service:

• we apply for you to the university of your choice.

• we will start and complete the online application on the university’s website

• we will check the legalization

• we organize the translations for you, the costs of translations are included in this service

• we assist with completion of application documents

• we fill in the university’s application forms, after that, you just sign them.

• we assess the applicant's profile and make recommendations to improve your application (if necessarily)

• we optimize your letter of motivation: One-on-one intensive support with application essays / letters of motivation

• we help you prepared the entry tests (if applicable). If there are any preparation materials (for instance questions + answers) issued by the university, you will get this free of charge from us. Alternatively, you can prepare the entry test on our eLearning platform for a reduced price of only 150€

• we communicate with the university on your behalf

• we register your application on paper with the university

• we provide you full information about enrollment, visa, travel to your new university.

What is not included in this service:

o   any processing fee payable directly to the university

Availability: This service is available only to undergraduate applicants (first year of study). Not available for transfer students or postgraduate applicants

Processing fee: 600€ (+19% VAT). The processing fee is payable only after signing the intermediation contract with us. The processing fee covers the following costs:

-        Issuing the list of the necessary documents

-        Processing of the applicant's documents

-        Courier service abroad

-        Half price (150€) for eLearning. The other half is paid by the applicants- only if they wish to enroll for eLearning- this is not compulsory.

In case of multiple applications, each further application will be charged with an additional 300€ (+19% VAT).

Intermediation fee:

-0€ intermediation fee if you apply with us for University of Riga, Latvia or for University of Kosice, Slovakia

-3400€ (+19% VAT) standard intermediation fee if you’re applying with us to any other university.

If you’re accepted to more university, you pay only one intermediation fee

Guarantee: No success means no fee. If we don’t manage to enrol you, we don’t invoice you any intermediation fee. The intermediation fee is payable only after a university informs you that you’re accepted for enrolment.

Tip: if you sign up for our premium service, we will apply for you at 2 universities and offer relocation services.

 3. Premium service

This service covers all items from application service for 2 universities. It also includes local services.

What is included in this service:

• if necessary, we will organize free of charge a second application to another university - we provide twice the application service

• eLearning included (0€) regardless of if you prepare an entry test or just want to improve your knowledge in biology, chemistry and physics

• assistance with application for student visa for non-EU applicants

• Relocation services are included for all EU and non-EU clients. Our selected local representatives are always available to help and advise. They will organize the following for you:

·       Assist in booking a hotel in advance for the first week (if no accommodation is already booked online)

·       A free airport pick-up service at your first arrival to the local airport

·       Assist in finding a permanent accommodation (if no accommodation has already been booked online)

·       University and city tour and presentation

·       Provide useful information to the candidate about the city

·       Enrolment support: the local representative will accompany the candidate to the international student’s office for enrolment purposes

·       Provide the new student, if necessary, with a “pay as you go” card for their cell phone

·       Assistance with registration with the local authorities

·       Assistance with opening a bank account

·       Assistance with signing contracts with internet, telephone, TV providers

 4. eLearning

Do you prepare for a medicine entry test?

The courses are focused on reaching the A-Levels in biology, chemistry, and physics. Read the books, watch the video and take the quizzes to verify your level. There are 12 quizzes with 50 questions each for each discipline- together 1800 multiple choice questions to answer

No entry exam test required?

Biology, chemistry, and physics are very important subjects when you start your medicine study. Even if you had already these courses, is a good idea to revise them and get ready to start your medicine study.

After enrollment to eLearning you will have access to:

-premium books: AQA Biology, AQA Chemistry, AQA Physics- all of them published by Oxford University Press

-free book: Human Biology

-explanation videos for each lesson

-interesting quizzes based on multiple choice questions used by different universities over the last years

-certificate of participation or certificate of completion

Fees:

-Biology course 100€ / Chemistry course 100€ / Physics course 100€

-you can choose “all courses membership” for 270€

-only 150€ for the clients who choose our application service

-0€ for the clients who choose our premium service

 5. Translations

Translations can be booked by independent users too, even without running the first evaluation. Translations are included and free of charge for clients who choose application service or premium service.

There are different requirements set by universities regarding translations:

-some universities accept documents without translations to English if the original document is issued in English

-some universities accept documents only in the local language, even if the original documents are issued in English

-some universities accept documents only with the seal of an official translator from another country

-some universities accept documents translated only from translators who are recognized in their country

-some universities accept documents only with a legalized translation. The legalization is made by the embassy or a notary office in the country where the university is located

We can organize the translations with our local translation offices, if a legalization is needed, we will complete that too. You can send us scans from your documents and we will give you an individual quote. The costs depend on the number of documents you’re sending.

 6. Relocation services

Relocation services can be booked by independent users too (even without running the first evaluation) and clients with application service. The relocation services are included and free of charges for clients who choose the premium service

Relocation services for independent applicants can be booked after the acceptance of the university.

Our selected local representatives are always available to help and advise. They will organize the following for you:

·        Assist in booking a hotel in advance for the first week (if no accommodation has already been booked online)

o   The verification of the online application is not included in this service.

o   The verification of the application forms is not included in this service.

o   The optimization of the letters of motivation is not included in this service.

o   If any translations are needed, you will have to organize these on your own. We can’t provide legalized translations without having the legalized copies of your documents

Availability: This service is available to undergraduate applicants (first year of study) after the completion of the first evaluation. Transfer students or postgraduate applicants can book this service too, but we can only help you apply to the universities of your choice, we don’t run first evaluations for transfers or postgraduates.

Processing time: We will assist you until you finish your application.

Fee: 1000€ (+19% VAT). This fee covers the complete information for 1 university. If you want to apply with our support to more universities, each further university will be charged with an additional 400€ (+19% VAT).

Tip: if you sign up for our application service or premium service, we will apply for you and if we don’t manage to get you enrolled, we don’t charge you any intermediation fee.
