This service covers all items from application service for 2 universities. It also includes local services.

What is included in this service:

if necessary, we will organize free of charge a second application to another university - we provide twice the application service
eLearning included (0€) regardless of if you prepare an entry test or just want to improve your knowledge in biology, chemistry and physics
assistance with application for student visa for non-EU applicants
Relocation services are included for all EU and non-EU clients. Our selected local representatives are always available to help and advise. They will organize the following for you:

· Assist in booking a hotel in advance for the first week (if no accommodation is already booked online)

· A free airport pick-up service at your first arrival to the local airport

· Assist in finding a permanent accommodation (if no accommodation has already been booked online)

· University and city tour and presentation

· Provide useful information to the candidate about the city

· Enrolment support: the local representative will accompany the candidate to the international student’s office for enrolment purposes

· Provide the new student, if necessary, with a “pay as you go” card for their cell phone

· Assistance with registration with the local authorities

· Assistance with opening a bank account

· Assistance with signing contracts with internet, telephone, TV providers

· Assistance with buying a health insurance or any other insurance.

What is not included in this service:

o any processing fee payable directly to the university

Availability: This service is available only to undergraduate applicants (first year of study). Not available for transfer students or postgraduate applicants.

Processing time: we will organize your entire application from start until enrollment. The local services are available from enrollment up to the first holiday.

Processing fee: 600€ (+19% VAT). The processing fee is payable only after signing the intermediation contract with us. The processing fee covers the following costs:

- Issuing the list of the necessary documents

- Processing of the applicant's documents

- Translations and legalization of documents in the requested language.

- Courier service abroad

- Free and unlimited access to eLearning

If you want to apply with our support to more universities, beginning with the 3rd application, each further application will be charged with 200€ (+19% VAT).

Intermediation fee:

-2500€ (+19% VAT) intermediation fee if applying with us for University of Riga or for University of Kosice

-4500€ (+19% VAT) intermediation fee if applying with us for Romania or Bulgaria

-5000€ (+19% VAT) intermediation fee if applying with us for Croatia, Lithuania, Slovakia or Poland

-5500€ (+19% VAT)intermediation fee if applying with us for Hungary or Czech Republic

If you’re accepted to more university, you pay only one intermediation fee

Guarantee: No success means no fee. If we don’t manage to enroll you, we won’t invoice you any intermediation fee. The intermediation fee is payable only after a university informs you that you’re accepted for enrollment.
