With this service we will apply on your behalf. You just send us the legalized copies of your documents and we take care of everything else until your enrollment.
What is included in this service:
we apply for you to the university of your choice.
we will start and complete the online application on the university’s website
we will check the legalization
we organize the translations for you, the costs of translations are included in this service
we assist with completion of application documents
we fill in the university’s application forms, after that, you just sign them.
we assess the applicant's profile and make recommendations to improve your application (if necessarily)
we optimize your letter of motivation: One-on-one intensive support with application essays / letters of motivation
we help you prepared the entry tests (if applicable). If there are any preparation materials (for instance questions + answers) issued by the university, you will get this free of charge from us. Alternatively, you can prepare the entry test on our eLearning platform for a reduced price of only 150€
we communicate with the university on your behalf
we register your application on paper with the university
we provide you full information about enrollment, visa, travel to your new university.
What is not included in this service:
o any processing fee payable directly to the university
Availability: This service is available only to undergraduate applicants (first year of study). Not available for transfer students or postgraduate applicants
Processing time: we will organize your whole application from start until enrollment
Processing fee: 600€ (+19% VAT). The processing fee is payable only after signing the intermediation contract with us. The processing fee covers the following costs:
- Issuing the list of the necessary documents
- Processing of the applicant's documents
- Translations and legalization of documents in the requested language.
- Courier service abroad
- Half price (150€) for eLearning. The other half is paid by the applicants- only if they wish to enroll for eLearning- this is not compulsory.
In case of multiple applications, each further application will be charged with an additional 300€ (+19% VAT).
Intermediation fee:
-0€ intermediation fee if you apply with us for University of Riga, Latvia or for University of Kosice, Slovakia
-3400€ (+19% VAT) standard intermediation fee if you’re applying with us to any other university.
If you’re accepted to more university, you pay only one intermediation fee
Guarantee:No success means no fee. If we don’t manage to enrol you, we don’t invoice you any intermediation fee. The intermediation fee is payable only after a university informs you that you’re accepted for enrolment.
