6. Relocation services

Relocation services can be booked by independent users too (even without running the first evaluation) and clients with application service. The relocation services are included and free of charges for clients who choose the premium service

Relocation services for independent applicants can be booked after the acceptance of the university.

Our selected local representatives are always available to help and advise. They will organize the following for you:

·        Assist in booking a hotel in advance for the first week (if no accommodation has already been booked online)

·        A free airport pick-up service at your first arrival to the local airport

·        Assist in finding a permanent accommodation (if no accommodation has already been booked online)

·        Provide useful information to the candidate about the city

·        Enrolment support: the local representative will accompany the candidate to the international student’s office for enrolment purposes.

·        Provide the new student, if necessary, with a “pay as you go” card for their cell phone.

·        Assistance with registration with the local authorities

·        Assistance with opening a bank account

·        Assistance with signing contracts with internet, telephone, TV providers

·        Assistance with buying a health insurance or any other insurance.

Fees:

-750€ (+19% VAT) for relocation in Romania or Bulgaria

-1000€ (+19% VAT) for relocation in Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, Slovakia, or Poland

-1250€ (+19% VAT) for relocation in Hungary or Czech Republic
